The following Terms of Sale apply to all of our online sales:
 
 
 It is our goal to provide you with the information that you will need to make an informed decision concerning your vehicle purchase.
 
Payment Methods
Cash (in Person), certified check, bank wire transfer, or 3rd-party financing are all acceptable forms of payment.  All funds must be in US Dollars only.  Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid.   Call us for more information.
 
Deposit
The successful high bidder will submit a $1,000.00 non-refundable deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.
 
Payment of Balance Due
The Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction.  All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
 
Additional Fees and Taxes
Dealer Service Fee $195.00, State Battery/tire Fee $1.50, Total $196.50,  out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that that vehicle will be registered.
 
Shipping
We will be happy to assist you in finding a transport company to deliver your vehicle to its new home.  We work with and have experience with several reputable local shippers.  Once your new vehicle leaves our lot however, Nautic Trade neither assumes nor takes any responsibility for its safe arrival.  Be sure that that the company that you choose is insured and reliable.
 
Buyers Inspection
Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you.   Nautic Trade has tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction.  Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail.   Nautic Trade welcomes and recommends a buyer’s inspection.  If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending.   Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.  Whether you are an old pro at this auction thing or a somewhat nervous first timer, we are ready, willing and able to help you with your questions and will do our best to make this experience easy and painless for you.
 
 
Warranty
Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description, this vehicle is being sold “As Is”.  No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids.   Manufacturer’s warranty may still apply.  Extended warranties are available from a major National Extended Warranty, and with most vehicles, you may purchase an Extended Warranty of varying duration and mileage of your choice.
 
Mileage, Extras and Notice to Potential Bidders
As our vehicles are for sale locally and advertised on other media, we reserve the right to end any auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale.  Mileage on the vehicle that you are bidding on may vary slightly from what is stated in our description, as cars are moved around our facility and test driven locally etc.
 
We cannot guarantee extra keys, owner’s manuals, floor mats, convertible boots etc.  If we have them, you will get them.  Please ask.  If we do not have them, we will be happy to procure them for you at our dealer cost.
 
Notice to Bidders_________________________________________________________
 
Please keep in mind that you are bidding on and potentially purchasing a used vehicle.  Simply put, there will be varying degrees of wear and tear, in most cases directly related to the vehicle age, mileage, prior care and maintenance.  
At anytime during the auction process, feel free to phone Nautic Trade for a detailed eyeball walk around description of the vehicle you are interested in.   One of us here at Nautic Trade can be reached from Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm EST, Saturday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
 
Many times the auctions end early.  If you want the car, PLEASE hit the “Buy it Now” button before someone else does, and/or call Nautic Trade to finalize the price and sale.
 
Bid Retractions
Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 12 hours of auctions end.  Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.
 
Negative Feedback Bidders
We do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders.  New bidders with zero feedback rating should email us or call us prior to bidding for authorization to bid.
 
Successful Bidder
The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact Nautic Trade within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.
 
Non-Paying Bidder
If the deposit is not received within 2 business days of the close of the auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 5 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
